Check the status of your request using the form below to find out if it is still valid, has expired or has been denied service. Once granted, an authorization is valid for five years or until the expiration date of your passport, whichever comes first. If you have received a new passport since your last service, you will need to apply for Canada travel advice again. Applications can be made online and are usually approved within minutes.

Travelers are advised to apply at least one week before departure to Canada. If you recently requested the service and the status of the request shows as "Not Found", please allow a few hours for it to process before checking again. Make sure the information you provide is correct. If after four weeks you still have not received a decision on your request, please contact our support team for assistance.
